To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vireon's liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client during the three months preceding the claim.

Vireon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

 

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services upon written notice according to the applicable service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws agreed between the parties.
